Intentionally caused collision.
In my searching of the California Vehicle code I cannot find a law against causing a collision intentionally unless it is done to defraud insurance.
If you examine the visual evidence at least someone can see the obvious intent of TWO impacts. This car was sold to a man who showed who I met a week or so after the collision and asked me if I knew where he could get a car. I told him the truth of the situation and he said his Grandfather was a Mason.
This was my 1977 Toyota Corolla.
When I made a right turn at Santa Barbara street and Los Olivos the Marborg roll off ten wheel truck accelerated making a sharp right turn. I was not turning sharply so the trucks rotating right front 22" wheel easily contacted my door. When this happened I knew the truck driver was attacking my car. You can se in the photo below the rotary marks of the tire on the door of the car. I accelerated and radically sharpened my turn to get away, THEN;
The truck driver really punched the throttle (I heard the detroit diesel accelerate loudly), sharpened his turn and clipped my left rear corner as I was getting away. Note the sharply creased metal due to the contact of the steel truck rim.
